Bathroom Update

Which bathroom?  Is that the question you are thinking in your head?  How about both bathrooms?! Hells yeah.

Basement bathroom has seen the needle move the most.  As I said in my Instagram post, this pic makes me feel like we have taken several steps backward.  It is a positive thing though….we are prepping for tile.

We are prepping for tile on our landing as well.  Check out that retro linoleum:

I can’t make it around the corner for a pic of the bathroom but here is the landing:

Such a good look for you 1970’s house.

I am eagerly anticipating the grout being completed and the laundry (!) getting hooked back up.

Upstairs Recap:

I have been planning this bathroom for AGES. (read years)

***Chris H – did you see that I took your advice??

Future plan for this bathroom –

  • finish painting the walls blue
  • floor tile (same as basement and landings)
  • new tub insert
  • price out tile for the shower portion (may be a full insert, may be just a tub)
  • install white toilet
  • install white vanity
  • new trim
  • evaluate the art

More pics to come as we complete each project!  Happy New Year Peeps.

  3. This post will give you lots of information about what part of your home needs an improvement. Because every kitchen or bathroom needs to be spacious, so that your family can freely do the things they needed to do. Totally love the outcome of this bathroom make over.
